We are a fast-growing, fun remote digital marketing company and we’re working with numerous clients from various industries worldwide. At this moment we are looking for our next:

Full-Time HR Specialist To Support Our Growing Digital Marketing Agency

 (Work from home)

We are looking for a great HR specialist who will provide us with the support and expertise we need in the following activities:

 

- creating job ads,

- attracting talent, sourcing, and job posting through different platforms

- interviewing candidates,

- providing us with reports and feedback,

- helping us with documents related to policies and procedures in our agency,

- organization, optimization, and automation of recruiting workflows for the internal and external positions,

- initiate the onboarding process for new hires,

- other HR-related tasks,...

 

The HR person will post job ads on remote platforms and communicate with the candidates in English, so knowing the language is vital to do the job properly. 

 

What we offer:

 

Excellent working remote environment (Freelance, Part-Time, Full Time)

We are looking to create a long-lasting relationship, but if you're not able to commit right away, we'll accept even short-term collaborations!

Opportunities to grow within the company. (Our primary focus is to get the job done right, and in return, we’ll be here to support you in your role and help you grow!)

For a full time job, you would be paid 1200AUD.

 

This would be a full-time collaboration and we're looking for someone who can start right away! In this role, you will be working closely with the Operations Manager who will provide you with essential information for your work.

 

Later, based on your performance, we can increase that rate or provide you with better benefits and opportunities!
