Job description:

•Online Chat & Email Support Operator

• Working hours: from 8:30 to 17:00 with half an hour of lunch break from 12:30 to 13:00

• Saturdays and Sundays are days off

• Average salary is 600 €

•Communication with clients via email and chat.

•Record and case analyses of the client. Following procedures and scripts.
