Are you an ambitious digital marketer with a passion for Paid Advertising? 

If you can manage multiple projects at the same time, we offer you much more than just running social media advertising!

 

You’ll be in charge of creating and implementing paid media campaigns, coordinating with our team of digital marketers enthusiasts, and making sure our clients get the best ROI.

 

More specifically, you’ll get to:

Develop, execute, and optimize digital campaigns from idea to launch;

Lead and support the implementation of paid ads strategies;

Measure and analyze budget and revenue;

Track and optimize paid advertising campaigns using Google Analytics;

Research and test new best practices;

Collaborate with teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs;

Create lead generation forms and landing pages to ensure successful paid campaigns;

Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping, and audience targeting;

Work with internal design teams to develop and test new ad creatives for each platform;

Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders;

Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, including updates to social media marketing.

 

Requirements and qualifications

A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience;

Must be able to multitask and work on multiple projects for different clients;

In-depth knowledge of paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google and Bing), retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and content distribution and placement networks;

Own regular social media performance analysis and reporting, plus the effort to quickly identify, prioritize and act on the insights gleaned;

Be able to brief and collaborate with the team;

Creative-thinker with a strong command of the English language;

A proactive person, willing to learn and develop new skills.

 

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.

 

Hours & Location:

Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm. This role will be remote while Covid recommendations are in place. The expectation is to be onsite at the office in Skopje once it is deemed safe to do so.
