Job details

Responsibilities:

Tracking and tracing shipments. Record movement of items and shipments. Communicating with carriers and drivers on daily basis. Receive and answer calls. Track the pickups and deliveries. Provide and negotiate freight rates. Coordinate customer freight with motor carrier equipment. Communicate with carriers to schedule trucks and resolve issues.

Requirements:

Fluent in English Dispatch experience (1-3 years) Detail-oriented Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
