We create enterprise apps that automatically  move data throughout the organization, adapt to and transform workspace processes with automation and machine learning

Objectives

• Develop relationships with new and existing customers and leverage to drive strategy through organization.

• Sales strategies - Develops effective and specific account/target group/industry plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth

• Works to attain various sales objectives related to securing new business opportunities within named customers

• Represent our company’s digital products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs

• Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies

• Generate leads and build relationships planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets

• Develop and implement territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field

• Perform a cost-benefit analysis of our digital products to craft them to customer needs

• Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product demos and presentations

• Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered

• Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities

Sales Excellence

• Annual Revenue - Achieve/exceed quota targets

• Sell value to customers

• Utilize best practice sales models

• Advance and close sales opportunities - through the successful execution of the sales strategy and roadmap

• Demand Generation, Pipeline Management

• Develop relationships with new and existing customers and leverage to drive strategy through the organization

• Maintain White Space analysis and execution of initiatives (upsell and cross-sell) on a customer base

• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing sectors

• Maintain CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline information

• Understand our competition and effectively position solutions against them

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Has a deep understanding of sales processes in a business-to-business environment, customer buying strategies

• Highly motivated and target driven

• Excellent written/verbal communication skills (Macedonian/English)

• Strong analytical skills and detail orientation

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills

• Proficiency in using sales-related tools (e.g. CRM) Agile self-starter with high levels of integrity and work capacity
