As a Customer Service Agent - Part Time, you will:

Follow procedures and workflows 

Monitor all defined Live games 

Create support tickets as necessary 

Answer customers’ questions 

Escalate tickets as necessary 

Monitor events prior to games 

Follow up on tickets previously opened 

Manage all Monitoring and Client Support teams incoming tickets 

Investigate and resolve complex technical issues  

Keep up to date with all internal new product features  

Capture knowledge from new issue resolution and share in the Knowledge Base 

Calibrate new arenas

Work hourly, mostly on weekends
