As a Talent Marketing Specialist you will be:


Responsible for the development of creative new employer branding initiatives that would not only solidify the employer brand but would also help the company stand out as an employer of choice

Creating content that illustrates our life at the office by highlighting the benefits of working here

Join the InTech meetup organizing team and take an active part in defining topics, finding speakers and sponsors as part of our networking initiative

Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events increasing the visibility of the company on the local and international market

Create and execute talent acquisition media campaigns across a variety of social media platforms

Create out of the box solutions for job adverts text for a range of channels and audiences

Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews

Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements

Source potential candidates through online channels as well as foster long-term relationships with both past applicants and potential candidates

Monitor the performance of the marketing campaigns and find out of the box solutions to enhance them
