Online Travel Agency based in the UK looking for customer support agents to help customers with booking enquires. Email, phone and chat support. Some of the tasks include:

 

- Processing reservations on a custom made a booking system

 

- Amending and cancelling reservations by phone

 

 - Problem-solving in case of disputes between clients and suppliers

 

 - Data processing tasks

 

Starting monthly salary EUR 400 - EUR 600 based on experience.

 

Previous experience is similar role preferred.
