This role is responsible for customer service satisfaction. It will include heavy phone call and email volume. This applicant should be very comfortable in communicating in the English language. Looking for a person that will be able to navigate through difficult conversations. Organization skills is very important as this role will be responsible for scheduling all Quarterly Inspections, per customer lease contract.
