•Presentation of company’s brand and the acqisition of new clients •Taking care of existing clients •Role of  being comprehensive and individual advisor to the clients, and having in mind this is the key to success in gaining loyal customers •Understanding the needs of individual customers, finding individual solutions that will allow our customers greater profitability •Participation and contribution to the promotional activities and the creation of sales targets •Taking care of records of all vehicles sold in Macedonia •Regular updates of company’s Customer Relationship Management system with accurate information about customers, sales and opportunities in Macedonia •Control of orders and deliveries •Continuous monitoring of market trends and competitor activity, trends and demands, and regular reporting on supply and demand of the market •Communication with importers

 

•Technical support- presence on fairs, presentation of products, vehicle testing etc.
