We are looking for an experienced recruitment sourcing expert who can dive straight into LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean strings to surface senior-level talent across the technology space. My immediate focus is on Cloud Architects and high-performing sales professionals who understand complex, enterprise-grade cloud products. Your daily workflow will revolve around LinkedIn Recruiter, X-ray searches, and any additional open-web tools you prefer, but please show mastery of precise Boolean logic—this is non-negotiable for the volume and accuracy I expect. Every profile you send should be pre-qualified for seniority, location fit, and baseline technical or quota-carrying competence. Deliverables I’m tracking: • A curated spreadsheet (or ATS import) of qualified prospects with up-to-date contact info • Brief validation notes for each prospect that highlight why they align with the role requirements • Ongoing communication so I can fine-tune search parameters quickly If you have a proven track record sourcing within tech—especially cloud—and can hit the ground running with LinkedIn Recruiter seats, let’s get started.
