Position OverviewMega Auto Parts Kosovo seeks a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our company to new heights. The CEO will be instrumental in managing the organization, improving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors and executive management team to formulate and implement strategies that drive the company's growth, profitability, and sustainability. This role requires a dynamic leader with exceptional business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
Key ResponsibilitiesØ Develop and execute the company’s vision, mission, and long-term strategy in collaboration with the Board of Directors.
Ø Identify and assess new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive dynamics to drive growth and innovation.
Ø Oversee the company’s day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategic objectives.
Ø Ensure the company’s operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of corporate governance.
Ø Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Ø Collaborate with the CFO to develop and manage the company’s financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
Ø Monitor financial performance, ensuring the company meets its revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
Ø Optimize capital allocation, investment strategies, and risk management practices to ensure long-term financial stability.
Ø Serve as the primary spokesperson for the company, representing its interests to the Board of Directors, clients, partners, and the public.
Ø Encouraging a positive and inclusive organizational culture that aligns with the company’s values and promotes employee engagement, development, and retention.
Ø Lead efforts to expand the company’s market presence, exploring new geographies, customer segments, and distribution channels.
Qualifications and Experience
Ø Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Finance, or a related field. A master’s degree (e.g., MBA) or relevant professional certification is preferred.
Ø Experience: 3 to 10 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 4 years in a CEO or senior executive role. Experience in the automotive industry is highly desirable.

Ø Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.
Ø Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ø Ability to manage complex business environments and manage multiple stakeholders.
Ø Strong understanding of financial management, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
Ø Proficiency in using technology and data to drive business performance.
