We are currently hiring a full-time Customer Care Representatives (CCR) with or without experience that can work in shifts. 

Main responsibilities:

To take care of individual bookings Communication with hotels and customers ​Managing and monitoring payments Registration and maintenance of customer relationships  Creating new sales opportunities for hotels  Participation in development and innovation

Skills and experience we seek:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishHotel/travel agency experience  Experience in tourism in general  Knowledge of the property systems or GDS systems  Flexibility to provide evening and weekend coverage to accommodate the needs of our fast-growing customer base
