What we look for:

+/- 2 years of experience in a similar role Hands-on experience with HRIS like BambooHR and Applicant Tracking Systems like JazzHR In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological tests etc.) Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Ability to foster healthy employee relations Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach Demonstrate set of soft skills, along with strong ethics and reliability Excellent verbal and written communication skills Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element Preferably MA or BS in Human resource management or related field
