MediaTech Support offers support and multimedia services to independent editorial teams working for the world's leading English-language media.

 

Located in Skopje, Macedonia, we already have an established relationship with our clients who are engaged in generating independent news for international publications.

 

We offer multimedia services and content ranging from pictures and video through to news items. We also offer related services such as IT support, cuttings and graphic design.

 

We have a team of qualified professionals to support the journalistic and editorial work of our clients and our team is growing all the time.

 

 

Looking to expand our team further, we are searching for motivated candidates to fill the following position: Financial Controller

 

Details about the position / responsibilities:

Control all financial matters for MediaTech support and it’s partner companies

- sales and income, monthly business reports

- plan company budget and deal with our local accounting company on financial matters

- investigate usage reports and cross-reference with clients financial records,

- generate invoices and documents with hard-proof evidence for obtaining payment from clients,

- research cuttings (our own articles that our clients have used and posted on their sites),

- enter cuttings in our internal program and keep record of paid/unpaid invoices,

- controls clients requests for our material and communicate over licences/fees/invoices to make a clean sale,

- chase uncredited material with clients (communicate with clients, making sure on pieces that they have taken from us, to clearly state our byline and corresponding credit on pictures/video).
