The United States Peace Corps is a US government agency in North Macedonia and seeks qualified and motivated candidates for a temporary full-time position as:

 

Logistics Assistant

 

Working under the direction of the Training Manager, the Pre-Service Training Logistics Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and logistical support during the Peace Corps Pre-Service Training (PST). The Logistics Assistant will be based at the Peace Corps North Macedonia office in Skopje work closely with the Programming and Training Assistant, Language Coordinator and others to ensure that PST staff and American trainees are supported during all stages of PST, including the Training of Trainers (ToT) for PST staff, Orientation Week, and the 11-week Pre-Service Training.

The Logistics Assistant will have a variety of responsibilities, including managing training facilities and staff housing, transportation needs, supplies/equipment, correspondence, and scheduling/reports. This position involves frequent travel to various communities around Macedonia and may require weekend/evening work.

Employment Dates: June – December, 2019

 

Salary: Daily rate of 1,800MKD (gross)
