Sales Manager

 

What your typical day looks like:

Proactively identify, approach, and engage potential B2B clients across the North Macedonian market; 

Own the end-to-end sales process - from outreach to deal closing; 

Build and maintain lasting relationships with decision-makers within mid and large enterprises across North Macedonia;

Represent the company's full portfolio to prospective clients; 

Partner with internal teams to refine go-to-market strategy and prioritize target accounts; 

Track, report, and continuously optimize your sales pipeline to turn prospects into long-term partners.

What you bring to the table:

Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in a dynamic, technological environment; 

A natural hunter with a proactive mindset - you don't wait for leads, you go find them; 

You know how to navigate complex environments and earn trust at the highest level; 

A strong network across the North Macedonian enterprise market is a serious plus; 

An excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken. 

A valid driving license - category B.
