Deutsche Neubau AG Ltd. is looking for a reliable Secretary / Office Assistant to support daily office tasks, communication and administrative processes.

This position is ideal for a structured, friendly and responsible person who enjoys organization, communication and working in an international business environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage emails, documents, appointments and internal communication.Support the management team with administrative and organizational tasks.Prepare documents, lists, reports and simple presentations.Communicate with clients, partners and internal team members.Maintain structured files, contact lists and project information.Assist with scheduling, follow-ups and general office coordination.

Requirements:

Experience in administration, office work, reception or assistance is an advantage.Good English skills are required.
