Job details
The job is to chat with English-speaking customers on behalf of our clients, build rapport, understand what they want, and drive sales through written conversation. It is 100% chat-based. No phone calls, no video calls, no cold outreach. Our specialists work from home using only a laptop and stable internet.
A typical shift involves managing multiple ongoing conversations, responding warmly and creatively, remembering details about each customer, and guiding conversations toward sales. We provide scripts, training, and full guidance from senior team members during the first weeks. Success in the role rewards emotional intelligence, written creativity, fast reading comprehension, and persistence.
Compensation
Base pay: USD $2.50 per hour Commission: 3% of all sales the specialist generates, uncapped Average specialists earn ₱[X] per month. Top performers earn ₱[Y] per month and above. Paid bi-monthly (1st and 15th), on time, every time All training is paidSchedule
