Role overview

We are looking for an Industry Research & Project Manager to lead the development of structured, insight-driven industry programs focused on senior professionals in industrial, infrastructure, energy, and technology-driven sectors.

This role sits at the intersection of research, stakeholder coordination, and project execution. You will own projects end-to-end — from initial market research to direct communication with senior decision-makers and final delivery.

This position is suited for someone who prefers ownership, responsibility, and execution over purely administrative project work.

Key responsibilities

— Conduct in-depth industry and market research on assigned sectors

— Identify, profile, and map senior-level professionals (Directors, Heads of Department, C-level)

— Develop structured discussion programs and content frameworks based on market drivers

— Communicate directly with external stakeholders via email, LinkedIn, and calls

— Manage confirmations, timelines, follow-ups, and documentation

— Ensure high accuracy of data, titles, company relevance, and project materials

— Coordinate internally to align research output with commercial and operational needs

Required profile

— 1–4 years of experience in project management, research, consulting, operations, or B2B roles

— Excellent written and spoken English (business-level communication is mandatory)

— Comfortable interacting with senior professionals and decision-makers

— Strong organizational skills and structured thinking

— Able to work independently and take full responsibility for deliverables

— Persistent, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven

Nice to have

— Exposure to industrial, infrastructure, energy, or technology sectors

— Experience working with international stakeholders

— Background in research, analysis, or program development
