Job Description:

Amenex Doo is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Project Manager with 1-2 years of experience managing e-commerce projects to join the team. The ideal candidate will be familiar with eCommerce CMS systems like Shopify, Bigcommerce, Woocommerce, and Magento. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for organizing a team’s workflow, ensuring project milestones are met, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Organizing a team’s workflow based on the chosen project management methodology. Creating a project backlog and briefing team members on their tasks, completion timelines, and deadlines. Addressing arising issues promptly and holding regular status meetings with the development team. Performing quality control and managing project budgets. Reporting to stakeholders on completed deliverables, any project gaps, and changes.

 

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience managing e-commerce projects. Familiarity with eCommerce CMS systems such as Shopify, Bigcommerce, Woocommerce, and Magento.

 

Skills and Experience:

Excellent organizational skills. Strong time management capabilities. Dedication and willingness to contribute to project success. Eagerness for self-progress and continuous learning. Logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Strong character and professional integrity. Basic or advanced knowledge of eCommerce Platforms. Basic or advanced knowledge of eCommerce businesses.
