Job Title and Location

We're seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who will lead our paid search or social campaigns on platforms like Google or Meta, along with other search and display platforms. A successful Marketing Specialist will skillfully oversee the budget for paid search and paid social, and collaborate closely with the marketing team to enhance ROI, attract more visitors, and engage with new customers.

Key Responsibilities

Set up, monitor, and manage PPC or Paid Social campaigns for multiple accounts across multiple platforms

Continuously measure, thoroughly analyze, and skillfully build optimization plans for multiple accounts 

Provide detailed campaign analysis and data-driven recommendations to the internal and client teams

Proactively offer guidance and expertise to internal teams and clients, ensuring campaign success and client satisfaction

Troubleshoot issues related to campaigns, including process, delivery, and quality issues

Stay up to date with the latest trends and explore their benefits in your activity

Requirements 

Possess 1-3 years of professional digital marketing experience

Demonstrated expertise in advertising with a track record of success in managing campaigns across Google, Meta, and/or other platforms

Proficient in performance marketing, conversion optimization, and online customer acquisition

Proficiency in utilizing website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics

Possess an analytical mindset and demonstrate critical thinking

Familiarity with conducting A/B and multivariate experiments

Ability to speak and write fluently in English

Capability to convey complex results in a clear and understandable manner

Effective time management and workload prioritization.

Bonus points for prior experience working with multiple digital marketing platforms.
