The Job:

T-Dynamics is opening 2 positions for Business Profiling Associates in our office in Skopje. We are looking for a reliable, task-oriented, intuitive and disciplined candidates that are looking for long-term professional development in the fields of corporate intelligence, business and market analysis and risk assessment and corporate profiling. The Business Profiling Associates will be engaged in research and analysis of information from various public databases, media and internet on variety of industry, market and corporate subjects and provide in-depth analysis of the corporate profiles and outlooks for the subject companies. The Associates will go through 3-month basic training period and 6-month advance training through supervised project work. The Associates who will successfully complete the 9-month basic and advance training period will be promoted to Analysts with independent scope of work, additional benefits and career opportunities.

 

Responsibilities:

- Data and databases research, collection and analysis of target information based on predefined research parameters for corporate profiles, markets and industries in accordance with the reporting templates;

- Monitoring of various media outlets and other sources of information and analysis of predefined subjects of interest;- Tracking of relevant information, sources and databases as member of monitoring teams;

- Analysis of collected information, business profile design, content integration and preparation of written reports, insights and flash notifications.

 

Requirements:

- Excellent (near-native or business level) knowledge of written and spoken English language. A second language would be an advantage; 

- High level of knowledge of MS Office and content editing;

- All backgrounds are welcome to apply, especially candidates with previous experience in research and analysis, big data processing, content writing, business analysis, market intelligence, financial services;

 Work Schedule: 

- The selected candidates will receive 9-month Temporary Service Contract (dogovor na delo) for Associate Employee Level. The Associates who will successfully pass the 9-month training and supervised work period will be promoted to Analysts and receive Full-Time Indefinite Employment Contract (dogovor na neopredelno vreme);

- The Associate level is Monday – Friday, 8 hours per day, office-based position. The promoted Analysts after the 9-month training and supervised work period will have the option for hybrid model with Monday – Thursday office-based work and Friday as work-from-home day;

- Due to the nature of the given position, on occasions, the Analyst may be required to stay extra hours. All additional work hours are paid with increased hourly rate in accordance with National Employment Law;

- No work during weekends and holidays is expected.

 

What we offer:

- Monthly net salary during the Associate period of 32,000.00 den and monthly net salary of 45,000.00 den after promotion to Analyst;

- Annual pay increase system after the first year of employment in accordance with the overall performance success and progress of the employee; 

- Annual leave of 20 days, planned per the employee’s request.
