YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Create/Adapt and maintain the system and software architecture processes definition and content across the overall organization
• Scope the end-to-end system and software architecture for different domains like for example automated driving, powertrain, etc. Interface with all relevant project architects from technical area (e.g. System, Software) as well as from other relevant departments (e.g. ADAS, E-Drive, etc) for assuring consistency and integrity of relevant processes and their appliance
• Performing regular trainings related to the system and software development process across the organization and measure its appliance
• Contribute systematically with idea/proposals for processes improvements regarding the architecture topics
• Participate whenever the need to internal and external audits regarding the topic
• Perform regular presentation towards customers with focus on system and software architecture development processes and their applicance
• Provides technical guidance regarding the complex systems architecture and design
• Support and reply to external customers inquiries as well as internal projects with relevant competency and know-how
YOUR PROFILE:
• Bachelor/master's degree in engineering, computer science or in any other comparative field
• Experience in automotive domain and particular in software or system architecture Know-how of "state of the art" automotive standards and processes will be also considered as an advantage (e.g. ASPICE, CMMI, ISO26262, etc. )
• Strong analytical and structural skills to perform analysis and propose innovations
• Ability to quickly learn and understand cutting-edge technologies and techniques inside the automotive domain
• Previous experience with Enterprise Architect, CAMEO, SystemDesk or any other architecture tool will be considered as an advantage
• Experience in MBSE will be considered as an advantage
• Professional level of English in spoken and written, German would be an asset
