CRE International is a real estate development consultancy company with broad experience in project/construction management, contract management, cost management, construction supervision, QA/QC, preparation of Feasibility studies and technical Due Diligence studies, design and technical control of design documentation.

CRE International gathers a team of highly qualified and experienced professionals from various fields of engineering – architectural, civil, low voltage electrical and ultra low voltage electrical, HVAC, water and sewage systems, transport systems, traffic, landscaping, energy efficiency engineering etc.

We are seeking to recruit a Senior Structural Engineer with drive and ambition to match our own.

The Senior Structural Engineer reports to the Project Manager.

 

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

·       Construction Supervision in accordance with domestic laws and regulations and International building standards

·       Technical Control of design documentation in accordance with domestic laws and regulations and International building standards

·       Project Management and coordination of civil and architectural works throughout the project planning phase

·       Project Management and coordination of civil and architectural works during the construction phase

 

Key qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering (Master’s degree preferable)

·       Minimum 5 years of experience in design, execution, PM or Construction Supervision of civil and architectural works

·       Minimum 3 years of experience in development of real estate projects

·       Engineering licence issued by Chamber of Certified Architects and Certified Engineers of the Republic of Macedonia is mandatory

·       Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCad and Revit software

·       Strong written and oral proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)

·       Strong technical, interpersonal and communication skills

·       Project Management certification (PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2) is a plus

·       Driving licence (B category)
