Job details

We are looking for a "ACCOUNTING CHIEF” to be assigned to our company, which provides services in Real Estate Consultancy, Facility and Residence Management.

 

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from related departments of universities,

• At least 3 years of experience in the field,

• Preferably experienced in similar Site, Housing, Office projects,

• Having a good command of general accounting and declaration issuance,

• Knowledgeable about dues and expense distributions,

• To support the budget and realizations when necessary,

• Provide support to other accounting-related processes (invoice entry, bank follow-up, etc.) when necessary,

• Target and solution-oriented, practical, analytical thinking,

• Strong human relations, high representation ability,

• Able to use time effectively,

• Proficient in MS Office applications,

• Good command of English

• Üniversitelerin ilgili bölümlerinden mezun,

• Alanında en az 3 sene deneyimli,

• Tercihen benzer Site, Konut, Ofis projelerinde deneyimli,

• Genel muhasebe ve bildirge düzenleme konularına hakim,

• Aidat ve gider dağıtımları konularında bilgi sahibi,

• Gerektiğinde bütçe ve gerçekleşmelere destek verebilecek,

• Gerektiğinde Muhasebeyle ilişkili diğer süreçlere (fatura girişi, banka takip vb.) destek verebilecek,

• Hedef ve çözüm odaklı, pratik, analitik düşünebilen,

• İnsan ilişkileri kuvvetli, temsil kabiliyeti yüksek,

• Zamanı etkili kullanabilen,

• MS Office uygulamalarına hakim,

• İyi derecede İngilizce bilen
