Remote Job Recruiters for Owner Operator

Earn on average $1,000 USD per week.

This is 100% commission based, $500 per

driver candidate is able to recruit.

The main task for this position is to recruit owner operators and truck drivers for a US Truck Driving Company. You can work from anywhere as this is a remote job.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable calling new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

Responsibilities

Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible Owner Operator candidates

Conduct interviews online, via phone or in-person

Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback

Serve as contact person for questions from candidates

Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails

Qualifications

Effective communication skills

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Has worked under commission base pay structure before

Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
