Role Description
This is a full-time, role for an Online Chat and email Support Operator.
The person in this role will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and issues via online chat and email, escalating issues as needed, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities may also include documenting customer interactions, troubleshooting technical issues, and updating customer account information.
• Online Chat & Email Support Operator
• Working hours: from 8:30 to 17:00 with half an hour of lunch break from 12:30 to 13:00
• Saturdays and Sundays are days off
• Salary:500 euro fixed plus bonuses.
• This is a long-term job.
