An exciting opportunity has opened up for a competent and talented administrative - financial assistant.

You'll collaborate closely with senior managers, advance in your position, and eventually supervise others.

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Financial Assistant to perform a variety of administrative, financial and clerical tasks. You will have front desk position and you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our administrative procedures. We are looking for someone that is good with administration and getting stuff done. Someone who has a thirst for knowledge, and can responsibly get through tasks requiring attention to detail. You should have excellent organizational skills and you should be able to handle time- sensitive tasks.

Responsibilities:

Archiving and scanning internal documents and management of internal documentation (contracts, offers, invoices...) Maintaining an organized and comfortable office environment, ordering office supplies, and updating inventory. Contact with the accounting office and handling incoming and outgoing invoices. Focal point of contact for internal and external clients, suppliers, etc. Answer and direct phone calls and e-mails. Events organization. Processing work orders, supplier invoices, purchase orders, expense claims, account payments, and payroll. Sending documents to the post office. Maintaining a digital record of all financial transactions, documents, and supplier information. Update and maintain office policies and procedures.

Requirements:

At least a High school diploma. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Sharp time management skills. Advanced MS Excel and MS Word skills. Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data. Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and scanners. Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English. Previous accounting experience would be considered an advantage. Knowledge of Pantheon Enterprise software would be considered an advantage.
