We’re looking for a customer services representative to provide support for our growing ecommerce order management platform. Our Customers’ success is vital to our business and helping them achieve this success is your primary objective. 

You’ll have outstanding written and spoken English skills. 

You will be someone who enjoys and has experience of working in Customer Services and/or support roles who will assist the existing team in managing and supporting new and existing customers. It will be your advantage if you’ve worked with ERP, order management or ecommerce software such as: 

●      Navision

●      ODOO

●      SAP

●      Netsuite 

Responsibilities: 

●      Provide day to day support to Customers and work with Developers and the rest of the support team to reproduce and resolve problems.

●      Prioritize issues and manage through to resolution always ensuring customer satisfaction.

●      Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

●      Coach and guide customers on how to discover and realize the maximum possible value of salesorder.com

●      Contribute and advise to ensure continual improvement to support/user training material.

●      Contribute and advise strategic improvements to software and services provided.

●      Excellent spoken and written English.

●      Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure.

●      Attention to detail, tenacity and ability to work alone.
