We are looking for Interns who are self-motivated, flexible to work at a Japanese company, and have the potential and willingness to improve in Administrator.
We need team players who possess: the ability to meet deadlines, attention to detail, quick to learn, critical thinking, and good communication skills.
Job description
General office administration (monitoring office supply, bookkeeping etc.) Assistant work for HR (posting jobs, organizing resumes, job applications, assisting in the interview process etc.)
Skills
Fluent in English
Ability to work individually and within a team
Microsoft Office and G-suit knowledge
Open to learning new things
Preferred
Organizational, planning and coordination skills with great attention to details
Working Conditions:
Follow Japanese working style
Contract type and period will be decided according to experience and skills
Working time for Full-time: Monday – Friday; 7:00~15:30 (including 1-hour break) Non-working days: Weekends and National holidays in Macedonia
Working place will be in our Ohrid office
