On behalf of our Client, an IT company that works on designing, managing and implementing cyber intelligence systems, DEKRA is looking for:

Backend Python Developer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable Python code; Design and implement services (Microservices Architecture), based on Docker’s Ecosystem; Knowledge of typical database systems (My SQL, SQLite etc.); Deep understanding of Python internals; Integration with various third-party services (GitLab, APIs etc.); Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems; Help maintain code quality, organization and automatization.

QUALIFICATIONS

2-5 years of relevant professional experience; Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science/ Electrical Engineering or a related discipline; Well versed with Linux fundamentals; Knowledge of at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure etc.); Experience with Python, along with other common libraries/framework such as Flask, Celery; Good understanding of the syntax of Python and its nuances; Solid understanding of object-oriented programming; Familiarity with concepts of MVC, Mocking, ORM and RESTful; Solid understanding of object-oriented programming; Ability to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system; Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application; A knack for writing clean, readable Python code; Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes; Able to implement automated testing platforms and unit test; Proficient understanding of GIT; Familiarity with continuous integration.

PROFFESIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Effective verbal and written communication skills; Fluent in English is a plus; Delivery of quality results within aggressive timelines; Knowledge of software development processes.
