We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to join our team and be responsible for organizing and coordinating people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce stunning results. 

Your profile:

A fluent English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills;

Ability to be proactive and balance multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail;

Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively;

Experience in handling difficult situations and dealing with people;

Previous experience with customer communication;

Client focused mind, capable of developing a trusted advisor relationship;

Excellent time management skills.

 

Let us know if you also have:

Technical understanding of 3D/VFX Production;  

Experience with management and cloud collaboration tools Knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets and Slides.

 

As a Project Manager you will be in charge of:

Creating a Project Detailed Time Plan based on inputs from Production Coordinators;

Responsible for on time and quality delivery of the Project to the Client;

Tracking the process with the Production Coordinator and the team and making sure team is on track;

Be a single point of Contact for the Client - coordinating the process and communicating on a regular basis;

Scheduling calls, following up and delivering;

Providing Client's feedback to the Coordinator;

Coordination with Account Manager/Sales Rep on upsell opportunities or project risks;

Communication with external people involved in the project to make sure they have clear information and they are on track;

Suggesting solutions in situations where prioritization is needed;

Reporting to VP of Biz Dev & Marketing.
