We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Talent Manager to join our team!

As a Talent Manager, your main responsibilities will involve finding, recruiting, hiring and retaining talented candidates, creating and implementing various performance and HR strategies, and procedures, setting up and modifying company policies. We expect you to have knowledge of various HR functions. Ultimately, you will ensure our company attracts, hires, develops and retains qualified employees.

As a Talent Manager, you will:

Develop talent acquisition plans and strategies  Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc.) Create and implement effective onboarding plans Suggest measures for improving employee retention Organize and implement learning and development programs Assist in managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labour legislation Deal with employee requests on human resources issues, rules, and regulations Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies that promote a healthy work environment

What we look for:

2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in high growth Saas company  Hands-on experience with HRIS and ATS  In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological tests etc.) Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Ability to foster healthy employee relations Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach Demonstrate a set of soft skills, along with strong ethics and reliability Excellent verbal and written communication skills Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element Preferably MA or BS in Human resource management or related field
