As an Account Manager, you will be:

Responsible for managing several accounts and often being the face of the company to many clients Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements into well-architected solutions  Leading and facilitating the resolution of client problems or concerns Proactively presenting enhancement ideas to existing clients  Soliciting customer feedback and working with the Product team to communicate clients requests and priorities Working from 12 pm until 8 pm

We're looking for: 

2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role Ability to understand the complex problems of our customers and implement them in market-leading technological solutions Excellent written and spoken English, with outstanding communications and presentation skills  Experience in discussing technology with customers is a strong plus You are fast in finding solutions, like to take initiative and you keep cool in stressful situations  Knowledge of the online video industry Detail-oriented, resourceful, and self-motivated mindset. You get stuff done!
