As a Customer Service Agent, you will:
-Follow procedures and workflows -Monitor all defined Live games -Create support tickets as necessary -Answer customers’ questions -Escalate tickets as necessary -Monitor events prior to games -Follow up on tickets previously opened -Manage all Monitoring and Client Support teams incoming tickets -Investigate and resolve complex technical issues -Keep up to date with all internal new product features -Capture knowledge from new issue resolution and share in the Knowledge Base -Calibrate new arenas
