CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

What will you do?

- Interact with customers to answer questions

- Assists customers in identifying needs and then answers appropriately

- Performs database retrieval for directory information

- Reports computer problems and provides any changes to Supervisor

- Keeps computer skills current by attending training on new equipment and learning new or modified procedures

Job requirements

- Excellent communication in English (written form)

- Experience in a busy, customer service oriented position is a big plus

- You’re a highly motivated problem solver

- You’re tech-oriented in the same step with new technology
