Regional Business Development Associate (Remote)Elite Academy Balkans (Part of Elite Academy) is an international HR consultancy company that helps companies transform and maximize their organizational performance. With a team of experienced consultants across the Balkan (Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, Macedonia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Bosnia, and Herzegovina) we are specialized in helping companies overcome HR-related challenges such as Organizational Development, Change management, Training & Development, Assessment, Selection and Employee Engagement.Due to the rapid market expansion, we are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Regional Business Development Associate to help us bring our brand initiatives to the next level and acquire new clients and partners.*Since this is a remote-work opportunity, you can enjoy the freedom of working from home.Responsibilities:- Planning and implementing sales, marketing, and branding strategies across Macedonian, Bulgarian, and Serbian markets.- Identifying new clients by researching and lead generation.- Initiating new business by conducting cold calling, pitching, networking, and cultivating meaningful relationships with strategic partners.- Organizing regional webinars, seminars, and presentations;- Participating in strategic discussions with management on company growth initiatives- Coordinating and communicating with regional collaborators, consultants, and partnersRequirements:- Motivated, self-starter with excellent oral and written skills.- Fluent in Macedonian and Bulgarian language, (Serbian language will be considered as an asset).- Previous experience with Sales, Social Media, Marketing, Customer Service, or Consultancy would be ideal.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and previous exposure to Linkedin.- Excellent organizational skills and "can do" attitude- Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focusBenefits:- Career growth- Paid training opportunities- Bonuses- Travel opportunities- Autonomy (Remote work + Flexible working hours)Join us.
