Technical Support Specialist

Location: Skopje

Main responsibilities for this position:

Direct and indirect communication with clients and partners via phone and email Testing, reproducing, troubleshooting, documenting and following up on client issues or requests Contributing with new articles in the technical support knowledge base Working in shifts

Requirements:

Demonstrated high level of self-motivation with a strong desire to solve problems and multi-task with priority Strongly developed analytical and troubleshooting skills Demonstrated team player with ability to learn fast complex technical material Excellent spoken and written English Maintaining self-control while defusing stressful customer situations SQL knowledge

Good  to have:

Prior technical support experience Knowledge of Sports betting, Sportbook and Casino games General understanding of Atlassian tools such as Jira
