As a Talent and Operations Officer you will be: 

- In charge of all logistics and act as a go-to person - Responsible for all administrative duties, management of personnel records and employee data, while ensuring compliance with labor regulations - Maintaining a high standard of organisation in the office, while nurturing a positive working environment - Maintaining inventory and supply levels (ordering food, drink, equipment, office supplies) - Working closely with other teams to ensure alignment on employee experience - Promoting talent programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace - Assisting in the development and implementation of company policies - Undertaking tasks around performance management - Conducting employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives - Processing employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner - Planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interview
