The company 

We at Nedcann love the cannabis plant and disclose its beautiful natural active substances to all people in the world. It is our ambition to make it accessible to all patients who can benefit from it.  

Our passion for the plant is almost logical if you think of the positive effects it has on conditions such as cancer, sleep, epilepsy, obesity, alzheimer, diabetes, skin diseases, sepsis, inflammation, schizophrenia and numerous more. We are fascinated about the active substances in cannabis and its huge potential to help and relieve people who suffer from diseases and conditions.  

We make no concessions in our endeavor to be the best supplier in the medical cannabis market worldwide. Our production facility is located in Ohrid and we are currently seeking for new team members who will help us building our organization.  

 

Job role 

As a member of the Nedcann team, the Pharmacist will be accountable for ensuring best pharmaceutic practices are used in product development, designing, creating, running and maintaining processes according regulations, developing and executing strategies on site in Macedonia, location Ohrid. The Pharmacist will report both in The Netherlands and Macedonia. 

This role presents an excellent opportunity for thought leaders with a consultative approach to set the standard and improve continuously. 

 

Your Responsibilities Include 

Be the co-worker that inspires the team  

Be creative and entrepreneurial and have a willingness to adapt to new conditions or initiatives  

Execute and enforce all cannabis state-specific rules, regulations and laws  

Check certifications through the Department of Health portal in accordance to regulations and daily workflow 

Knowledge in Total Quality Control (Knowledge in MSA is advantage); FMEA 

Making standards, making sure that standards are respected in production 

Preparation of Control plan/inspection plan 

Conducting internal quality audits 

Preparing labaratory test reports  

Working closely with the team in order to improve quality of our products and production process 

Ensuring best practices are used in production processes 

Taking part into the review of process specifications and wireframes 

Responsible for creating detailed test cases for planned changes to verify that the requirements are captured and implemented correctly 

Values and culture stewardship; champion a strong continuous improvement culture to ensure deployment of scalable, simplified and standardized processes, drive service delivery is compliant with local laws and regulations.
