The company

We make no concessions in our endeavor to be the best supplier in the medical cannabis market worldwide. Our production facility is located in Ohrid and we are currently seeking for new team members who will help us building our organization.  

 

Job role 

As a member of the Nedcann team, the QA Specialist will be accountable for ensuring best practices are used in product development, designing, creating, running and maintaining manual and/or automated functional and non-functional tests, developing and executing QA strategies on site in Macedonia, location Ohrid. The QA Specialist reports directly to the CEO, based in both The Netherlands and Macedonia. 

This role presents an excellent opportunity for thought leaders with a consultative approach to set the standard and improve continuously. 

 

Your Responsibilities Include 

Knowledge in Total Quality Control (Knowledge in  MSA is advantage); FMEA 

Making standards, making sure that standards are respected in production 

Preparation of Control plan/inspection plan 

Conducting internal quality audits 

Active use of quality management tools to identify the root causes of the failures. Identify Pareto top failures and assist the team in implementation of corrective actions. Evaluating the effectiveness of implemented corrective measures; 

Preparing labaratory test reports & Measurement equipment calibration; 

Document control & Design Validation;  

Working closely with the team in order to improve quality of our products and production process 

Ensuring best practices are used in production processes 

Taking part into the review of process specifications and wireframes 

Responsible for creating detailed test cases for planned changes to verify that the requirements are captured and implemented correctly
