As a Talent and Operations Officer you will be: 

In charge of all logistics and act as a go-to person Responsible for all administrative duties, management of personnel records and employee data, while ensuring compliance with labor regulations Maintaining a high standard of organisation in the office, while nurturing a positive working environment Maintaining inventory and supply levels (ordering food, drink, equipment, office supplies) Working closely with other teams to ensure alignment on employee experience Promoting talent programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace Assisting in the development and implementation of company policies Undertaking tasks around performance management Conducting employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives Processing employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner Planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interview
