We are looking for the next Vrootok team member!

 

Our team is growing and we are on the lookout for an experienced social media and PPC expert. You will get the chance to create, manage, and optimize organic and paid social media campaigns for a range of global clients in the SaaS and eCommerce industries. 

 

In this role, your primary goals will be to have complete ownership of all tasks related to social media campaign management, continually develop your paid search skill set, as well as to constantly provide our clients and fellow team members with superior support.

This job is for you if you:

 

- Are a critical thinker and have problem-solving skills;

- Have experience in communicating with clients and project management;

- Have at least 2 years of working experience as a Social media and PPC specialist, or a similar role; 

- Have excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media networks;

- Have a basic understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics;

- Have experience with doing audience and buyer persona research;

- Have a good understanding of social media KPIs;

* BSc degree in Marketing or a relevant field will be considered a plus;

* Previous working experience with an international company with foreign clients will be considered a plus;

 

Your responsibilities will include:

- Planning, implementing and monitoring the client's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales;

- Creating and managing content calendars;

- Implementing and verifying goal tracking;

- Launching and optimizing PPC campaigns;

- Managing campaign expenses, staying on budget, and estimating monthly costs;

- Creating compelling ad copy and directing the creation of social media ads;

- Monitoring user engagement and editing strategies accordingly;

- Analyzing performance and implementing appropriate action plans to achieve target metrics;

- Producing reports that assess performance, pinpoint issues and identify new opportunities; 

- Communicate with clients via emails, and if necessary by calls;

- Project management and tasks planning according to the strategy and timely execution;

- Collaborate with our designer and other PPC managers in order to provide value;
