The Customer Success Team of “Tabletmenukaart” is expanding!!! We are looking for an individual with the below mentioned set of skills to join us in our office in Karposh, Skopje, Macedonia.

What you need to have:

-           Bachelor degree

-           To be fluent in Dutch and English language, both written and verbal

-           Experience in communicating with clients on a daily basis

 

Essential duties and responsibilities:

·      Answers, evaluates and prioritizes incoming telephone and e-mail requests for assistance from clients that use our system

·      Recognizes problems, provides resolutions and follows up with customers

·      Maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the entire problem resolution

process, through frequent customer updates

·      Setting up a great and professional looking tablet menu layout

 

Skills:

·      You are amazing at troubleshooting difficult problems

·      You are a quick learner and can independently learn new software programs

·      You have basic understanding of computers

·      You are a great team player

·      You are fulltime available and flexible with working hours

·      You have the ability to handle a heavy workload and multiple projects with frequent interruptions and schedule changes

·      You possess creative thinking ability – “Thinking outside of the box”

·      You have basic Photoshop knowledge
