Bransys team is growing. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products and services that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

In this role, you will be responsible for recommending and architecting the scope of present and future technology products and programs. You will work with internal and external partners on requirements gathering, documenting specifications, and outlining/ managing project timeline(s).

The IT Product Manager will serve as an internal business consultant by engaging customers as a product and solution expert. This individual will partner with the CTO in creating, developing, and executing present and future technology product strategy and roadmaps. The successful IT Product Manager will display the ability to influence without authority and drive business results through strong business relationships, both with internal and external partners.

  Responsibilities: Understand the organization’s Strategic Business Goals and Objectives; delivers products and services that support and enhance business outcomes Builds business cases for various product ideas; owns the product lifecycle from the strategic vision to implementation Gathers, organizes, analyzes, and documents customer requirements; understands the marketplace and user pain points, translating these into viable product solutions that work for both the business and individual users Utilizes project management skills to manage/ own the product implementation process; coordinates with key roles throughout the implementation process Continually measures ROI and product effectiveness through product performance and quality tracking Prioritizes customer requests based on alignment to overall business strategy, ROI, and user needs Provides guidance on design of technical solutions and programs while balancing dependencies and integration with other products across the organization
