Lead UI Engineer/Solutions Architect UI

YOUR ROLE

In the role of UI Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for:

Ownership of and responsibility for Software Engineering Architecture Promotion and enforcement of Software Engineering Architectural best practices Regular Software Architecture knowledge sharing sessions with the Software Engineering team Collaboration with Software Engineering Managers, ensuring fit for purpose solution design and architectural approach Collaboration with Project Managers in the creation and delivery of iteration and release plans Collaboration with Product Managers in the definition of the Software Engineering strategy and roadmap Promotion and enforcement of Software Engineering best practices and standards Involvement in the evolution of core Massive Software Technologies and Products alongside fellow Engineers and Product Managers in the Sydney and London offices Represent Massive's Software Engineering capabilities to external clients and 3rd parties Keeping abreast of new developments and opportunities in the Engineering community that may be utilised by Massive in the future. Reporting and escalation to Massive Management and Project Delivery heads
