What we are looking for:

A split role between QA and IT Support with a passion for technology and a willingness to learn. You will be an integral part of a global IT Operations Team supporting a user base of 300+ industry leading software engineers, designers, administrators and managers who will coach you to further develop your skills while also working with Global QA Team.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

Providing support for Skopje office employees as well as support for overseas offices using our IT Service Desk

Installation, configuration and ongoing management of workstations in Skopje office

Managing the IT stock for future growth

Writing technical documentation and guides Training staff on our systems

Work within the QA team to assist with the preparation of test plans, test cases and the testing of software to company guidelines and standards

Ensure high quality and accuracy is maintained through to software release

Participating in executing and maintenance of automated testing tools and scenarios

Developing and executing testing across platforms and devices

Providing feedback to the development team and ensure the work is carried out in accordance with the schedule and the quality requirements
